Lets see, what will this accomplish:
1. All L3 and L4 agents moved to low sec. <-- Bunch of Empire Dwellers, and People who play EVE in PVE will quit...
2. Scordite, omber, kernite moved to low sec. <--Cool, more miners and Empire Dwellers & Manufacturers will quit...
3. Cloaked ships can be scanned<--Ok, **** off haulers, of course you will be able to scan out the farmers in 0.0, but then they would quit anyway, since after #1 & #2, EVE population will drop so dramatically that they wont have any customer base...
4. When logging off in space your ship will stay in place for 15 minutes no matter what<--Ok, **** off people with less than a reliable network, make them quit as well, if they haven't after #1 & #2...
5. Self-destruct option isn't available during battle but the option is available 5 minutes after battle.<--Here we go, lets upset some PVPers that would much rather kill their own ship than give someone a satisfaction of a killmail...
6. Polycarbs, overdrives, nanofibers, and snake implants removed.<--Nice one, lets really wack the hell out of people who spend billions of the hard earned ISK on expensive implants and mods, and then tell them they are SOL...
7. WTZ removed.<--Yeop, that is why CCP introduced in the first place, to be removed, and mind you, no more bookmarks, so we really going to have some fun at Low Sec choke points, lets get rid of even more people as they quit in disgust...
8. Concord shouldn't be able to insta scram you in empire if you are an outlaw.<--Nope, they should not, you should be able to kill any noob in Empire, no matter the security setting, who needs those noobs anyway, not like they contribute anything good to EVE anyway!
9. MWDs only give 200% increase to speed<--Why not, we F#$Ked up everything else so far...
11. After de-aggression with another player docking will take 5 minutes.<--Sure, throw it in with the answer to #9...
12. Recon probes fixed so they are a viable option in scanning down deadspace mission areas.<--Well, now, if there are two or three mission runners left, after we implemented 1-11, then why not! Lets make sure those guys quit as well...
End Result? Well, Corpse Mage's MAIN will be able to play EVE all by himself.
